Shipping Policy.
Shipping Charges : In some cases, your shipping charge could increase due to various reasons. We'll call you to get your authorization if you actual shipping charge increases. The shipping charge quoted during the check-out process are not final, however, in most cases the shipping charge you were quoted is correct and we'll not ship your order unless we get an authorization from you if your shipping charge increases.
Shipping Time:
All regular orders, including expedited orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Saturday & Sunday). UPS or USPS can take up to 7 business days to deliver depending on your address. Please allow enough time from order date to actual receiving of your package. If you order a Next Day Air shipping, you'll receive your order within 2 to 3 business days from the time of your order.
**First Class Mail is ONLY available for orders weighing less than 13 ounces. If your shipping charge is $99 with First Class Mail option, please go back one page and choose another shipping option since your order is heavier than 13 ounces. Since First Class Mail is not trackable, Crafta is not responsible for lost First Class Mail, however, very few times items get lost in First Class Mail.
Combined Shipment: The more items you combine, your shipping charges per item will be reduced substantially since most of our items are very light in nature and the first item shipping is always the highest. We'll combine and/or arrange your shipment in a way that you'll pay the least shipping charges possible.
Hand Made And Customized Items Orders.
Most of our Handmade Centerpieces & Favors items will leave our warehouse
within 1 week from the time of your order. However, it is VERY
important to take into consideration that a large quantity order can take
more than 1 week to be assembled and shipped from our warehouse. A large
quantity order for us means a dozen or more of high ticket items ($20 per
piece and up) or 50 pieces or more of small ticket items ($5.00 per item or
less). As our production capacity can fluctuate, please allow plenty of
time before ordering handmade items and call or send us an email to see if
your desired date and quantity can be met.
International Orders (Outside USA)
During the checkout, choose 'International' for your shipping method option.
We'll email you with shipping quote within 1 business day from the time of your order.
We use US Postal Priority Mail International Services. There is a minimum amount of $50 and $5 handling charge for all international orders.
All international orders will leave our warehouse within 1 week from the date we receive shipping charges and additional transit time usually take 10 to 14 business days depending on your country.
Insurance is included in freight upto $100. Additional 2% will be charged for value of more than $100.
We'll normally send you a PayPal invoice for shipping charge. Call or email us if you prefer different method of payment.
We'll not ship out your order unless the shipping charges are agreed and we'll hold your order for 2 weeks for shipping charge confirmation. After which time, the order will be cancelled.
How to Calculate Shipping before Buying
Find out your total shipping charges before confirming your order. Put your items desired in your shopping cart by clicking order button with quantity. Once in your shopping cart, just type in your zip code and choose the shipping method from the menu and click apply button to see your shipping total. If you feel the estimate is too high, call us to verify your total shipping. .
