Return Policy

All returns must be authorized within 14 days of receiving the order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly replace or refund your purchase as long as the product had not been used and still are in its original packaging. Please call or email us for Return Authorization Number. Customized items such as invitations, printed ribbons, centerpieces and ready-made bows are not returnable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON CHRISTMAS AND HOLIDAY ITEMS. PRINTED RIBBONS, INVITATIONS, CENTERPIECES, HAND-MADE FAVORS AND READY-MADE BOWS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.. All glass items have 2 business days to call to receive return authorization number. Picture proof of broken glass items may be required before re-ship or issuing a credit All shipping charges are non-refundable. Preferred method of payment is by credit card which is the the easiest and is absolutely secure.  Your credit card account will not be charged at the time of order but at the time of shipment.

If you wish to pay with money order, choose 'Purchas Order' for your payment method option we'll ship your order once we receive your money order.  Send it to
